CONCEPTUAL PUBLIC REALM MASTER PLAN

This plan envisages a new connective tissue of public spaces in Holyoke of multi-valent character and scales that can be developed within the existing morphology of the City. Vacant and parking lots, street space in particular, were opportunistically analyzed to create this new public realm.
